DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF HACCP PLAN
This course has been approved by HACCP Alliance.
This purpose of this course is to train delegates in the 7 principles and 12 steps of HACCP Plan. The delegates will be able to exercise the hazard identification, hazard control and risk management.
The participant is required to complete 2 days HACCP Prerequisite programs course/training prior to taking this training.

Conduct a hazard analysis, determine CCPs and develop a HACCP plan with monitoring, corrective action and verification activities
Training materials will be provided to each participant.
Participants are required to bring a copy of their product list, ingredient list, packaging material list, process flow diagram and plant schematic.
At the end of the course; each participant is required to be assessed with an exam.
The exam consists of 25 questions and participant is required to score 60% to pass an exam.
At the end of the course, the participants will receive “Development and Implementation of HACCP Plan” certificate after successful pass of an exam, issued by the “QFSC”.
Training location will be communicated to the participant; 30 days prior to the training within GTA area.
Meals: The breakfast, lunch and tea will be provided to each participant.
50% of training cost is applied when participant decided to cancel training 15 days prior to the training date.
When there are less than 10 participants, training will be rescheduled or cancelled, and participant will be notified immediately. In case of cancellation of class, the participant will be reimbursed for the training fees immediately.
