BRC Global Standards for Food Safety Issue 8: Auditors
This course is part of the BRCGS Professional recognition programme.
This course has been designed to enable delegates to gain a full understanding of the general principles of the requirements of the Standard, including fundamentals clauses and statements of intent, and how to undertake a BRCGS audit, including planning and reporting of the audit.
Delegates must have a working knowledge of quality management systems and auditing within the relevant manufacturing sector. Delegates should also have completed a HACCP course of at least two days duration.

Training materials will be provided to each participant.
However, participant is required to bring a copy of BRCGS Issue 8 standard copy which is available free of charge from the BRCGS Bookshop.
The participant must have read and reviewed a copy of the Standard prior to the course for better understanding of the standard during the training.
At the end of the course; each participant is required to be assessed with an exam.
The exam consists of 50 questions and participant is required to score 75% to pass an exam.
At the end of the course, the participants will receive “BRCGS Issue 8 Auditor” Attendance certificate and another certificate after successful pass of an exam, issued by BRCGS.
BRCGS Certificate fee:
In addition to training fees, BRCGS charges £30 (C$52) per certificate; the participant is required to pay certificate fee.
Training location will be communicated to the participant; 30 days prior to the training within GTA area.
Meals: The breakfast, lunch and tea will be provided to each participant.
50% of training cost is applied when participant decided to cancel training 15 days prior to the training date.
When there are less than 10 participants, training will be rescheduled or cancelled, and participant will be notified immediately. In case of cancellation of class, the participant will be reimbursed for the training fees immediately.
