GLUTEN FREE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (GFCP) ISSUE 3

Course Description:

  • This training course has been designed to help you gain an appreciation of celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity, understand the Gluten-Free Certification Program requirements and to provide guidance on implementing a Gluten-Free Management System in your business.

  • This course has been designed to enable participants to gain a full understanding of the general principles of the Standard, and how to comply with the requirements.

  • As an auditor, it is essential to have a thorough understanding of the requirements in the GFCP Global Standard. From this perspective, this training contains all the information that is also presented in the Industry training. In addition to this, advice on ‘how to audit’ particular sections are included, throughout the course.

  • The aim is not to teach ‘how-to-audit’, but to instead draw attention to the expectations around evidence of compliance.
